International shipping is not officially active yet but may be offered upon request on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our support team for such queries.
⏱ Order Processing & Shipping Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier partner performance.
- We do not offer express shipping at this time.
- Please note: Delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, or festivals. In such cases, we proactively update our customers.
🚚 Shipping Partners
We ship all our orders using reliable logistics partners like Delhivery, DTDC, Expresbees etc. The exact courier partner is auto-assigned based on your pin code for optimal speed and reliability.
💸 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available during select promotional campaigns.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Varies based on delivery location and is automatically calculated at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across India at an additional ₹100 charge.
📦 Packaging
We use standard plastic courier envelopes used by most major e-commerce platforms. No special or eco-friendly packaging is offered currently.
📬 Tracking Your Order
- You will automatically receive order tracking details via Email & WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
- You can also track your order anytime using the Track Your Order link in our website footer.
❗ Delivery Issues & Non-Serviceable Areas
- In case of courier delays, misplaced parcels, or unserviceable pin codes, our team will contact you and offer the best possible resolution.
- If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or refunded in full if the order was mistakenly placed.
🔁 Returns & Replacements
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we offer a full refund or free replacement. Please refer to our Refund & Replace Policy for more details.
- For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), a ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
