You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong product delivered
To be eligible, please ensure:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- You provide clear photo/video proof of the issue within the return window

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind or mood after placing the order
- โNo longer want itโ without valid reason
- Early or delayed delivery (as delivery time may vary by location)
๐ฆ Reverse Pickup & Charges
- We arrange reverse pickup at no extra cost for defective/damaged/wrong products.
- For non-defective returns, a โน100 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are initiated within 7โ14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse
๐ซ Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted or will be partially refunded if:
- The packaging is torn or damaged
- The product appears used or tampered with

- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
