You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

โœ… Eligible Reasons for Return/Refund

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Wrong product delivered

To be eligible, please ensure:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • You provide clear photo/video proof of the issue within the return window

โŒ Returns Not Accepted For

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or mood after placing the order
  • โ€œNo longer want itโ€ without valid reason
  • Early or delayed delivery (as delivery time may vary by location)

๐Ÿ“ฆ Reverse Pickup & Charges

  • We arrange reverse pickup at no extra cost for defective/damaged/wrong products.
  • For non-defective returns, a โ‚น100 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are initiated within 7โ€“14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse

๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted or will be partially refunded if:

  • The packaging is torn or damaged
  • The product appears used or tampered with

๐Ÿšซ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
